There are published security issues with this plugin and no response from the author.
The theme(s) using this plugin are long since abandoned as far as I can tell. Do
not use.

I was looking for a plugin that can easily integrate with Tave studio management,
and found Flo Forms. It is an easy to use plugin with great features out of the 
box. Recommend it.
