When you're closed, busy, or asleep, it keeps replying so a customer with a question doesn't bounce to a competitor.<\/p>\n\n<p>This plugin connects your WordPress site to your BotDesk account. You paste your BotDesk site key once, and the widget appears on the front end of your site. You need a BotDesk account and its site key. The plugin injects the official BotDesk widget script (<code>https:\/\/botdesk.studio\/widget.js<\/code>) into your site's footer with your key. It does not make any server-side calls of its own. The free plan needs no card.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Third-Party Service Disclosure<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin relies on the BotDesk service, a third-party hosted product. When a visitor loads a page on your site, their browser loads the BotDesk widget script from <code>https:\/\/botdesk.studio\/widget.js<\/code>, and chat messages the visitor sends are processed by BotDesk to generate replies.
