NeeB Checkout Protection is a modular WooCommerce checkout security plugin. It analyzes each checkout attempt in real time and blocks or flags the ones that look like card testing, bot traffic, or fraudulent orders, before a payment is attempted.
Key features:
- Rate Limiting – automatically throttles repeated checkout attempts from the same visitor within a rolling time window.
- Risk Analyzer – combines the results of every enabled protection module into a single risk score, and blocks checkout once a configurable threshold is reached.
- Blacklist Module – instantly blocks checkout attempts from IP addresses or email addresses you specify.
- Email Domain Blocker – flags or blocks orders that use disposable/temporary email domains.
- Country Blocker – restricts checkout from billing countries you choose.
- Security Event Logging – every risk analysis is recorded to a dedicated database table on your own site, so you can review activity later.
- Modern Settings Dashboard – a single-page admin screen (backed by the WordPress REST API) for configuring risk thresholds, rate limits, and module behavior.
NeeB Checkout Protection requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. The plugin does not send any data to external or third-party services; all logging and settings are stored locally in your WordPress database.
Installation
- Upload the
neeb-checkout-protectionfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin directly through the Plugins > Add New screen in your WordPress admin. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Go to NeeB Checkout Protection in the WordPress admin menu to configure the risk threshold, rate limit, and blacklists.

Yes. NeeB Checkout Protection hooks into the WooCommerce checkout process to analyze and, when necessary, block orders. The plugin will activate without WooCommerce present, but its protection features stay inactive until WooCommerce is installed and active.

What data does NeeB Checkout Protection store, and where?

NeeB Checkout Protection logs security events (timestamp, IP address, user ID, risk score, and a short description) to a custom database table on your own site. No data is transmitted to any third-party or external service.

How do I block a specific IP address or email address?

Open the Blacklist section of the NeeB Checkout Protection settings screen and add the IP address or email address you want to block. Matching checkout attempts are blocked immediately.
