PK InExPress is a flexible XML importer designed to connect management software, CRMs and custom XML feeds with WordPress.
The plugin is not limited to a specific industry or management system.
Quick Import provides predefined, ready-to-use integrations for supported management systems and WordPress destinations.
Manual Import allows XML data from different management systems to be mapped manually and imported into supported WordPress destinations. This makes PK InExPress suitable for custom integrations and different business sectors where structured XML data needs to be transferred into WordPress.

PK Products works in a similar way to WordPress Posts: imported items are created as manageable content inside WordPress, with their own archive, images and structured information.
You can use PK Products without a specific theme or real estate plugin, making it a simple solution for importing XML content from different management systems and business sectors.
This allows PK InExPress to be used beyond real estate, depending on the structure of the XML feed and the selected destination.
The asynchronous import engine processes data in small batches to improve stability and reduce the risk of server timeouts.
Quick Import also includes recovery mechanisms for temporary server errors and connection interruptions.
The interface allows you to:
- Import supported XML feeds using Quick Import.
- Create custom XML mappings using Manual Import.
- Process imports asynchronously in small batches.
- Automatically create or update supported taxonomies, features, media and custom fields.
- Update existing imported content without creating unnecessary duplicates.
- Synchronize supported property data with Houzez and Estatik.
- Import generic XML content into PK Products.
- Recover more safely from temporary server or Internet connection problems during Quick Import.
PK InExPress Pro
PK InExPress Pro extends the Free version with automation and additional tools for recurring imports.
Pro features include:
- Automatic scheduled imports using WP-Cron.
- Multiple scheduled import jobs.
- Automation of supported Quick Import integrations.
- Automation of saved Manual Import mappings.
- Optional image resizing during imports to reduce media size and help improve site performance.
The Free version remains fully usable for manual Quick Import and Manual Import operations.
PK InExPress does not send imported XML data to Punkode.
When importing from an XML URL, the plugin connects to the URL provided by the user to retrieve the XML feed and related media.

External services
PK InExPress does not require a Punkode external API to perform imports.
When the user configures an external XML URL, the plugin connects to that URL to retrieve the XML feed and, when applicable, related images or media.
The XML URL and imported data are provided and controlled by the user. Import data is not sent to Punkode.
PK InExPress uses Freemius for licensing, account management, premium features and related service functionality. Depending on the plugin plan and user choices, information may be transmitted to Freemius.

Installation
- Upload the
pk-inexpressfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin directly through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate PK InExPress from the “Plugins” screen.
